Within the last year, Pacific Rim Property Management invested in Property Meld, a software developed specifically for maintenance requests (work orders). As a resident of the Pacific Rim Community, you should have already received an invite to sign up for Property Meld. If you have not received this invite, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Property Meld is extremely user friendly and it can be used on any browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Property Meld will allow you to electronically submit your request, provide a description of the maintenance issue, upload photos and videos, and chat directly with our Maintenance Coordinator and the vendor assigned to work on your request.
Once you login to Property Meld to submit your maintenance request (we call it a Meld), you will give the title of the request and then please provide as much information as you can in the description portion. Please also let us know where in the house the issue is located so that we can have a better picture of the maintenance issue. We also ask that you let us know if there are any pets in the house.
You can also provide us with 5 or more times that work best with your schedule. We do our best to accommodate your schedule, but sometimes we will have to ask for more availability, as we do have several maintenance issues that we work on throughout the week.
After you submit your request, we ask that you take as many photos (or videos) as you need to help us understand the issue. The photos help cut down on the amount of time dedicated to the request and will help us free up more time to help other residents with their maintenance needs.
